Annotated Bibliography- Day 12

DUE DATES- ON TIME​​​​
  1. Annotated Bibliography FINAL (8-10 sources). DUE: ​Thursday, 2/9, Start of Class.  Turn in on Google Classroom.
 
DUE DATES- LATE (-10%)
  1. Deep Reading Re-dos (anything that scored a 1 or 2). LAST DAY TO TURN IN: Friday, 2/10, END of class.

Library Work Time Goals:
  1. Complete the Proofreading Checklist on Google Classroom
  2. Finish your Annotated Bibliography! Turn in on Google Classroom.
  3. Turn in any Deep Reading Re-Dos to Lori (you will not be allowed to work on your action project on Thursday and Friday until these are done)
  4. Have extra time?  Try to craft a thesis statement that answers your research question in 1-2 sentences!

Announcements:
  1. Study Hall- Check your email for lunch study hall assignments this week.  If you got an email yesterday, you should still be in study hall on Wednesday. 
  2. Deep Reading Re-dos- Where are they?  Get them to me TODAY.  These should be your first priority!  If you submitted, but got an email from me, see my comments and try again. 
  3. Wednesday Off Campus Work- We will split again between the Smiley Cafe and the library.  Please sign up on the board if you need a ride to or from these locations. Let’s get stuff done!
  4. Advisory- There will be a scholarship workshop in Kyle’s classroom tomorrow during advisory.  You are highly encouraged to attend!

  2. Study Hall- I will be coming around to you today to let you know if you have to attend study hall this Friday at lunch. This is not optional, it is MANDATORY, and you will be required to attend until I have determined that you are fully caught up with where you need to be in Humanities.  Essentially, if I don’t have your Annotated Bibliography, you are in study hall MWF until you’ve caught up with our daily goals.
