Self-Assessment

12/4/2018

Starter
  • Ashley's students: Complete the HUM 12 Semester One Self-Assessment and Resilience Project assessment (due tomorrow)
  • LORI's students: Resilience Project Self-Assessment (due tomorrow, start of class).  Make a copy of this, put your name at the top.

Agenda
  1. Lori- Doublecheck your POL schedule- I switched a few people who signed up in the wrong class, or who signed up past the 8 person limit for paneling.  Also, the panels for Wednesday and Thursday are looking pretty thin- if someone from each of the first two paneling days could shift to the last two, that would be great.  If no-one volunteers, I will volunteer two people at random.
  2. Ashley- POL  Schedule:
    1. We made some mistakes yesterday. My students need to only panel in my room. Lori's in her room. If your name is NOT on this list for either a presentation or 2 different days of paneling, please sign back up.  And please spread yourselves out more!!! We need at least 4-5 students in each panel block.
    2. I need some people to switch to panel on Wed. block 2 12/19 and Thursday both blocks 12/20!!! If some of y'all don't switch, I'll randomly switch people.
    3. Lu- I signed up up for panel spots. You need to sign up for a presentation on a DIFFERENT day than the days you're paneling.
  3. Project work time! (last day!)

HOMEWORK
  • Ashley's students: Complete the HUM 12 Semester One Self-Assessment and Resilience Project assessment (due tomorrow)
  • LORI's students: Resilience Project Self-Assessment (due tomorrow, start of class).  Make a copy of this, put your name at the top.

POL Prep and Frameworks
All documents related to your POL will be linked on the SENIOR PROJECT page of my DP, in the "Semester 1- What the hell am I doing, anyway?" section.
  1. POL Overview and Schedule: This document outlines what you need to include in your presentation, the critique process, what you need to do to pass, and other requirements.  Review the requirements, frameworks, and sign up for ONE presentation time spot, and TWO paneling time spots.  You may not panel on the day you present, and your paneling must be done on two different days.  No more that 7 people per paneling time.

Resilience Project Work Time

  2. Get to work on your Resilience Project task items
  3. I'll be checking in with Film, Website, and Stories on their status as well as how much work time you need when we get back from break as well as who wants to take on the following exhibition prep roles:
