Starter 5- Figurative Language

After watching the video linked above, finish the following metaphors/similes by comparing the koalas to seniors in the process of researching and writing their senior thesis, OR to senior teachers teaching the senior thesis.
  1. The koala who banished the other koala from the tree is like…
  2. The koala wailing on the ground is…
  3. The noises the banished koala makes are like…

But for real though, as we move into our first project week next week, brainstorm on your starter document...

  1. What are concrete things you need to get done next week to start moving towards a project?  Think about skills you need to develop, people you need to talk to, organizations to connect with, specific tasks you need to do...make a preliminary list.

Individual Conferences
Just like yesterday, we’re going to spend today checking in with folks about their research. These are quick 5 minutes conversations!

  2. Revised the Annotated Bibliography according to the feedback you were given by Lori or Grayson
