Announcements:
Based on what we are seeing, we are going to implement some specific structures designed to help you use your time more effectively.  These are the following: 

1. Mondays- Each group will have a formal, scheduled check-in with Kyle and Lori.
2. Thursdays- We will run a project tune or other critique protocol.  These will change depending on the week.
3. Fridays- Weekly reflection
4. All days during 5th period- You will have a specific academic task that relates to your project.  This will be due at the end of 5th period that day.

Project Check In Meeting

1. Brief Project Status Meeting (elect a facilitator for this)
   1. Updates (what have each of you done this week?)
   2. Individual priorities for today + benchmarks (What is each person responsible for accomplishing today? Are you on track to meet your deadlines?)
   3. Challenges people are facing (What are you struggling with?  What help do you need from your group members?)
   4. What are you going to show us on Monday?  You need to have something substantial and tangible.

5th Period: Friday Reflection
Every week, you will be asked to write a reflection on Friday during 5th period.  The questions will change each week.  This is additional writing practice, as well as fodder for our meetings on Monday.  I will post specific instructions for this on Google Classroom at the start of 5th period.
