Working Groups

1. Get into groups
2. Share why you wanted to be a part of this group.
3. Reduce size, volunteers to move from housing awareness to another group

​Project Ideation/Subdivision- 

1. Look over the list of ideas and talk through them with your group (ask Lori for clarification if needed).
2. Divide up ideas, form smaller working groups
3. Each smaller working group decides on the idea they want to pursue
4. For that idea, create a concept poster.

Concept Poster
Your concept poster must include the following:

1. Concept Name/Title
2. Audience/Impact- Who is it for?
3. Problem- What problem does it solve?
4. Idea- What is the idea? List the key features of the idea.
5. Illustration (sketch, storyboard, thumbnails, diagram, map…)
6. Thesis Statement- What is the core argument/message of this project?
7. Research Questions- What do you need to know to do this well?
8. Failure- Why might it fail?
9. Success- How will we know if we succeed?
10. Timeline and Milestones- Break it down into major milestones for the next 4 weeks.
11. ON BACK- Group names!

Concept Poster Critique
Walk around to each different poster.  On each one, leave a post it or index-card with the following:

1. Favorite thing about this project/strength
2. Question you have for this group
3. Concern/revision
4. Idea or connection​
