Parly Pro and Docket Study

Starter:  Run class using Parly Pro to get questions answered about Model Senate.  IF YOU WERE ABSENT, you need to go to the Docs page and get the Parliamentary Procedure Rules handout.

Docket Study:  Use the linked handout to annotate and coach the docket of bills we'll be tackling for model senate.  You need to make sure that you have really read and understand each bill deeply.  You will likely need to do additional research in order to effectively critique the bills.

Speech Outlining and Additional Research
Start outlining your speech, and do any additional research you need to do in order to effectively understand and critique the bill.

HOMEWORK:
Have a thesis statement and a working outline for your speech by the start of class tomorrow.
