Project Status Meetings

1. Updates- What did you accomplish so far this week?  Where are you on your checklist of tasks?
2. Individual Priorities/To-Do Lists + Dependencies-What do you need to get done to be ready for your project tune?
3. Focusing Question- As a group, develop your focusing question for your project tune today.  This should be a question that others can weigh in on to help you make your project better.  Every person should have this question written down somewhere!
   1. Example: How can we present our data in this art piece in a way that is clear and integrated?
   2. Example: How can we use visuals to help tell this story?  What kinds of visuals would be best?
4. Project Tune Presenters- Choose ONE person to present your project in the project tune today.  This should be someone who can clearly articulate the project, and who can take good notes to bring back to the group.  TELL LORI WHEN YOU HAVE DECIDED ON THIS PERSON!
